Our stay in a Twin Room was delightful, particularly the generous breakfast provided. the stairs were quite steep and challenging.

the room was very small, barely enough for one, and breakfast costs an outrageous £7.50 extra! i was nearly ready to give a good review but expected a complimentary treat for enduring this. the owners should know that not every guest is just 'lucky' to stay, especially when the curtains let sunlight in like a disco!

The location is great, close enough for a quick walk to the beach, but it’s also quiet at night allowing for a restful sleep. Just a heads up, those stairs are a bit steep, so be prepared for that!

The breakfast was a full English feast , and my son just loved the excitement of being on the top floor, like he was hiding out in a treehouse. The owners, Lynne and Wayne , were incredibly welcoming, making us feel like we were among friends, not guests.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but worth every penny considering the experience.

the room had a small fridge, which was really handy during our stay. the evening meal is not available after 9pm.
